Cancellation Policy
Reform Society Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice will be charged 100% of the class fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted once class has begun.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out—we're happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis.
